Lesson: DVH Evaluation Module

 

Oftentimes you will need a more accurate “point dose” than a quick observation can provide. Click on the tab of the volume (Brainstem + 3mm shown above) to reveal a dropdown menu.

In this dropdown menu, you will see the volume (“Vol”) of the structure in cc’s, the reference dose, the “Volume for a Given Dose,” and the “Dose for a Given Volume.”

To get a more accurate point dose, click on the tab “Dose for a Given Volume.” You will use .1 cc to determine the highest dose point.
