As we review the plan further, we see that this plan did “not” meet the Maximum Dose Limit criteria (Nothing receives > 110% of Rx dose (if possible). When we wrote the plan “up” to the 94% line to get the required coverage, the plan also got a little hotter. It is always good to bring these situations up to the doctor to see which constraint will take priority; or the doctor may suggest other alternatives, such as running all for beams at one time. For now, we will leave this plan as is, and save it as “Boost_16.”
