Lesson: Lung Module
Looking at the DVH, we can see that we made the cord dose limit of 4800 cGy. IF we would not have made this target, we would INCREASE the weighting of our off-cord fields. Often times, Increasing the off-cord fields also increases the lung dose, so keep a close eye on this.
