Assignement: Whole Brain Module
2D MU Calculator For this next part we will be performing whole brain calculations using the 2-D MU Calculator. http://titan.radonc.unc.edu/~tracton/calcMUp/calcMUp/ This calculator performs simple whole brain calculations; thus we will not be calculating C2-Whole Brains with it. Because of the irregular shape of the C2-whole brain field, we would need to perform it in the main treatment planning system.
